I bring a mix of investigative video analysis, customer support, and technical troubleshooting, grounded in U.S. Army veteran discipline and a solution-first mindset. In my current role, I analyze video data to identify trends, extract key insights, and ensure accuracy and quality in reporting.

I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams on research projects and theft investigations, using video analytics software to improve operational efficiency and incident resolution. I also report thefts to local law enforcement and resolve customer claims for missing items—so information becomes action, quickly and responsibly.

Earlier experience includes serving as a Tax Technician for the California Franchise Tax Board, where I handled taxpayer inquiries, guided payment arrangements and hardship processes, and resolved issues across audits and collections. I’ve also supported onboarding and retention as an Uber Expert, and provided housing planning, case management, and landlord mediation in transitional and retention programs.
