I’m looking to lead enterprise learning and leadership programs that deliver measurable workforce outcomes—combining governance, analytics, and AI-enabled coaching to accelerate leader capability and enable real human adoption of transformation.

I’m an Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development leader with 20+ years of experience setting and delivering people capability strategy in complex, matrixed, global organizations. I translate enterprise people and learning agendas into impactful, scalable workforce solutions by partnering with HRLT, business leaders, and regional/global stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

I built and scaled enterprise learning capability from the ground up at IPsoft—growing to 10,000+ learners and generating USD 2.5M+ through 15+ enterprise client engagements. I’ve also led end-to-end learning strategy and deployment for 7,000–12,000 employees across multiple regions and businesses, linking capability building directly to performance and readiness goals.

In my current role as General Manager – Leadership & Culture CoE, I’m accountable for leadership effectiveness, HiPo development, and organizational development across Philips globally. I defined the Philips Leader Profile globally, transformed the HiPo portfolio (ExCo -2 to -4) by doubling capacity, and improved succession bench strength by 16%, retention by 5%, and reduced program costs by 40%, supported by enterprise governance, dashboards, and HRLT reporting.

I’m especially energized by AI-enabled leadership development—leading AI-driven coaching and personalized learning ecosystems and equipping leaders to understand, sponsor, and drive AI transformation. I focus on continuous improvement through analytics and learning impact measurement, while building high-performing capability teams and embedding learning into leaders’ daily rituals and workflows.
