As Senior Manager – Human Resources (India HR Head) at Corpay (a global, US-listed fintech), I lead workforce governance and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support scalable, distributed operations. I enabled workforce scaling across multi-location and remote teams by strengthening onboarding frameworks, HR processes, compliance governance, and operational alignment during rapid business expansion. I also led digital HR transformation across payroll, employee lifecycle, and workforce processes through HRIS enablement and workflow standardization to reduce manual dependencies.

Earlier, at Dinshaws Dairy Foods, I drove HR operations and workforce planning across manufacturing, sales, distribution, and corporate functions, including national hiring and employee relations across distributed teams. I modernized HR processes through HRMS transformation, supported performance management and onboarding, and maintained audit readiness through structured compliance coordination. I’m especially proud of sustaining audit-ready HR governance during periods of growth and transformation—and being recognized as an Engagement Champion (2025) for workforce communication and leadership-connect initiatives.
