Previously at HSO Canada, I led client engagements implementing Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and Power Platform, from stakeholder workshops and architecture through go-live. I translated complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions while managing Agile delivery across analysis, development, and testing.

At Peoples Group, I led 20 people across Data, RPA, and Enterprise Applications, delivering cloud migration, SaaS, iPaaS, automation, and reporting initiatives. I implemented Workato, led the RPA Centre of Excellence, and built executive reporting solutions using AWS and Power BI.
