At AlfaPeople, I co-founded the North America Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform practice and grew it from zero to a team of seven consultants. The division had AlfaPeople’s best margins through 2025.
I owned delivery across the practice’s projects in Canada, the US, the UK, and Saudi Arabia while continuing to design solutions. The flagship chemicals and rare earth metals account expanded into additional divisions at the client’s request.
Before AlfaPeople, I designed Dynamics 365 solutions at CGI, primarily for the Government of British Columbia, including a public-facing portal integrated with Dynamics 365. At PowerObjects, I led the migration of a 10-year-old on-premises Dynamics CRM system to Dynamics 365 online.
Earlier, I worked on CRM implementations and integrations with SAP ERP and other systems at Tridea Consulting / AlfaPeople Brazil. I hold Microsoft certifications in Power Platform Solution Architecture and Dynamics 365 for Sales.
