What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead cross-cultural SAP transformations and integrated IT/OT program delivery, owning strategy, P&L, and high-performing teams—while embedding GenAI/analytics into ERP modernization for measurable business outcomes.

I’m a PMP® and ITIL® V3-certified IT leader with 29+ years of IT experience, including 24+ years involving SAP, and 5+ years of onsite delivery across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Since Dec-2022, I’ve served as General Manager at HCLTech Ltd., currently leading an Offshore Program for HF Sinclair’s acquisition of IoU and the planned 1st-July go-live of integrated IT/OT systems. I also delivered City of Tacoma’s ECC 6.0 Ehp8 to SAP S/4HANA RISE 2023 PCE Migration with an AWS Azure private cloud, leading peak teams of ~60 FTE and winning a multi-million-dollar follow-up project.

I’m passionate about strategic and operational leadership, people management, and cross-cultural delivery—alongside innovation such as filing a SAP Practice’s 1st GenAI Patent for ABAP Calculation views to CDS HANA Views conversion and working to list the HANACALC2CDS application on SAP Store. Earlier, I led transformation and governance work in HCLTech’s Global CIO function (BTIS-EDS Unit) and previously held senior leadership roles including Practice Director/Sr. Director at Birlasoft, with strong expertise in SAP transformation, ABAP techno-functional work, and enterprise architecture training (TOGAF 9.1/9.2).
