I am an SAP Practice and Delivery Leader with over 15 years of progressive experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations, data migration, and rollout programs across multiple industries. I have built and managed SAP practices of 50+ consultants and partnered with CXO-level stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business strategy.

My hands-on expertise spans S/4HANA and ECC implementations, SAP PS, PP, MM, SD, APO, BRIM, ReFX, and complex data-migration workstreams using tools such as LTMC and Migration Cockpit. I drive governance, risk control, and delivery excellence to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Throughout my career I have led program and delivery functions—designing resource and capacity models, establishing PMO and KPI-driven metrics, and improving on-time delivery by measurable margins. I also foster high-performance teams through mentoring, vendor ecosystem management, and Agile delivery practices.
