What I'm looking for

I'm targeting SAP Program Governance and client-side PMO leadership roles overseeing large-scale S/4HANA rollouts, legacy ERP-to-SAP transitions, System Integrator accountability, vendor governance, and steering committees, including Middle East/GCC engagements.

At Schlumberger, I lead client-side PMO governance for SAP Security, serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery vendors across end-to-end program delivery.

I've led SAP Activate-based delivery and global rollouts across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run, managing System Integrator accountability, SLAs, quality gates, risks, dependencies, budgets, and steering committee governance.

My 18 years in IT delivery span SAP Solution Manager architecture, technical change management, process intelligence programs using ARIS and Celonis, and SAP implementation, upgrade, and support work. I'm certified in SAP Activate, Scrum, ITIL v4, and SAP Solution Manager.
