I’m a multilingual live chat customer support specialist with 4 years of experience helping clients through written support in fast-paced digital environments. I focus on resolving customer issues end-to-end across CRM systems, digital banking services, payments, and mobile app access.

I handle support requests in CRM systems, document interactions accurately, and follow internal procedures while escalating specialized cases when needed. I communicate clearly and patiently, explaining technical, financial, and service-related problems so customers understand the next steps and available solutions.
