Sarah Adam
@sarahadam
Manager with 8 years’ strategy consulting experience across the Middle East, Africa and the US, spanning corporate strategy, transactions & op models.
What I'm looking for
At Kearney, I’ve helped leadership teams decide where to grow, which opportunities and partners to pursue, and how to turn those choices into workable plans. I’ve worked across corporate strategy, transactions, new ventures and operational transformation in energy, chemicals and mining.
I led commercial due diligence for a $14B petrochemicals acquisition, assessing the market outlook, competitive position and business plan to inform an investment decision. I also developed the business plan, governance model and activation roadmap for a digital services joint venture projected to generate $375M over five years.
During my secondment to the World Economic Forum, I worked with companies across mining, electric vehicle, electricity grid and data centre value chains on critical minerals supply-chain resilience. I enjoy working through difficult problems with thoughtful colleagues, whether leading a team or getting into the details to help put an idea into practice.
