I lead enterprise intelligence, AI transformation, customer intelligence, governance, and strategic research across Expo City Dubai’s real estate, commercial leasing, events, attractions, sustainability, and corporate functions.

I established an enterprise intelligence framework spanning 18 products across six business verticals and built market intelligence operations processing 50,000+ responses. My work delivers 30+ intelligence products that support strategic planning, competitive positioning, and business performance improvement.

I designed a unified customer intelligence framework covering NPS, satisfaction, behavioural insights, sentiment analysis, and customer experience measurement. I also support enterprise AI transformation through AI governance, responsible adoption, organisational readiness, and capability development.

Previously at Expo 2020 Dubai, I managed an AED 60Mn operational portfolio, delivered 20–25% cost optimisation, and supported flagship creative and cultural programmes. I bring experience in commercial strategy, operating model design, financial analysis, PMO governance, and end-to-end programme delivery.
