I seek a hands-on ServiceNow QA/BA role where I can lead testing and automation, work in agile teams, improve platform quality, and support cross-team integrations.

I’m a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer and Business Analyst with nine years of ITSM and ITOM experience, focused on Service Request Fulfillment, Incident, Change, CMDB and discovery. I partner with product owners, architects and developers to design test strategies, build ATF and automation frameworks, execute functional/regression/UAT testing, and validate complex cloud migrations to ensure stable, production-ready releases.
