I am a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Tester with over five years of experience testing web-based enterprise systems. I specialize in test case development, regression testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect management.

At HCL America I led QA testing initiatives across platforms including Salesforce (TPRM, CLM), Enlighta, MetricStream, and Oracle Procurement, designing and executing manual test plans and managing defects via ServiceNow. I worked closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and align testing with business needs.

My project work includes QA and UAT support for vendor lifecycle workflows, developing end-to-end test scenarios, identifying risks, and refining requirements with cross-functional teams. I also supported audit preparation and access validation during internal and external reviews.

I hold a B.S. in Computer Engineering and am a Certified Scrum Master, bringing a structured, collaborative approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
