I'm leading the operational cycle of Palette Skills' $200M federal funding portfolio across 30 partner organizations, supporting the upskilling of more than 19,000 participants nationwide. I also oversee deployment of the $60M Visée platform in Quebec and lead four delivery partner managers.

At Digital Moment, I directed engagement, revenue, and community-growth initiatives while growing a $2M corporate and community partner portfolio. I designed a 360-degree fundraising strategy spanning government, corporate, employee, and individual giving, alongside pipeline and reporting architecture for funders, partners, boards, and executive teams.

Earlier at Digital Moment, I built automated tracking, CRM, reporting, and data-management systems supporting more than 2,000 annual workshops across Canada. I used machine-learning tools to clean datasets and trained stakeholders on systems and reporting.

My work also includes launching Code Club Canada from 75 to 750 clubs, managing fundraising campaigns for major Canadian charities, and supporting community organizations through board service, volunteer leadership, sponsorships, and municipal grants. I'm natively bilingual in English and French.
