I’m seeking a supportive, educational environment where I can grow into a core professional, acquire new skills, and better understand my strengths and areas for development.

At Yethi Consultations, I handle HRBP responsibilities for HDFC, focusing on employee engagement, employee relations, and retention initiatives. I also facilitate performance management, including goal setting, reviews, and support for Performance Improvement Plans.

At Eclerx, I handled HRBP responsibilities for Morgan Stanley and Citibank across a workforce of over 2,000 employees. I supported onboarding and employee relations, managed HR processes using Oracle HRMS, and compiled reports and analytics.

At Joulestowatts, I worked in HR Operations for 300+ employees. I supported onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy and process setting.
