At StarBroadbandServices, I monitor and troubleshoot fiber ring network links, including optical signal issues, port flapping, and LACP-related faults.

I configure, deploy, and maintain Huawei, Optilink, and Grandstream switches. I also use Observium and Ping for network diagnostics and fault isolation.

I maintain documentation and monitoring records for fiber infrastructure and network nodes, and coordinate preventive maintenance, network upgrades, and service restoration. I’m currently pursuing a Cyber Security Diploma and a Bachelor of Computer Application, with a strong interest in network security and infrastructure management.
