I’m seeking a position where I can use my dedication, creativity, and ability to follow through to help meet goals and support the growth and success of the company.

At NTT DATA, I logged and triaged ITSM tickets, assessed business impact, and assigned incidents to the appropriate resolver teams. I also handled some Insite network tickets and received training for the L1 Network Engineer role.
