What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer success role where I can own retention and expansion, build scalable onboarding, partner cross-functionally, and drive measurable NRR, renewals, and customer value.

I’m a founding Customer Success leader who helped scale a B2B SaaS EdTech function from 3 to 19 CSMs. I managed 200+ accounts (~$1M+ ARR), delivering 95–98% annual net retention and a company-leading NPS of 90 through proactive save plans and deep customer relationships.

I built onboarding and enablement programs from scratch, then supported renewals and expansion with Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews, ROI analysis, and value realization. With a graphic design background, I take a creative, visual approach to training content and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive measurable growth—growing portfolio ARR from $700K to $1.3M and expanding a strategic account more than 5x.
