I’m a work-driven receptionist and referral coordinator with over 3 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a medical office and 2+ years of computer-based work. I’m adaptable, dedicated to the medical field, and I always focus on producing best results.

As a Medical Receptionist/Front Desk at The Texas International Institute of Health Professions (dba VCare Clinics), I answered calls, made and confirmed appointments, checked patients in, and verified insurance eligibility and copay. I also handled scanning documents and updating patient information, while greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.

In my current role as a Referral Coordinator at Orion Medical, I continue to deliver support that improves communication with patients who seek help with matters such as insurance. Care and safety for patients and the clinic is my #1 priority in every interaction.
