At TireCheck, I’m leading the expansion of INFLEET into the Iberian fleet market, owning the customer journey from first contact through on-site delivery.

I deliver an on-site TPMS and 4G gateway pilot for a fleet moving onto INFLEET, including installation, validation, live product demos and software support. I also build outbound pipeline in Portugal and Spain and qualify and route leads across HubSpot and Odoo.

Previously, as Business Analyst at TireCheck, I acted as lead BA and primary contact for the company’s largest account. I translated client needs into specifications, Jira tickets and user stories, and owned releases from scope and testing through customer-facing notes and go-live.

I started at TireCheck as a Quality Assurance Analyst, writing and executing test cases and go-live checklists to support zero-downtime deployments. My work is backed by a first class MSc in Business Intelligence from NOVA IMS.
