I provided first-line IT support across departments, handled user identity and access tasks through Active Directory, and resolved incidents using ManageEngine ServiceDesk. I also supported Microsoft 365 applications, SAP users, and Cisco PBX systems.
At ZIMDEF, I configured CheckPoint VPN access and endpoint protection tools, supported network infrastructure, and installed and configured Windows operating systems. I also contributed to in-house software development and applications support, including the CEO performance portal.
As an IT Intern at BataShoeCompanyIndustry, I developed and deployed a desktop application for the engineering department. I also provided technical support to over 50 end users and installed, configured, and maintained company-specific applications, including POSworx, COINS, and Adonis.
