I manage onboarding, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, monitor backups, firewalls, and access controls, and oversee AI chatbot scripts, FAQs, and user flows. I also produce monthly ICT performance, chatbot analytics, and website engagement reports for leadership.
Previously, I supported ministry systems through IT support, Python-based internal software development, network administration, and system maintenance. I bring a Computer Engineering background and hands-on experience with Python, React, REST APIs, networking, data management, and web development, and I’m looking to grow as a technology leader in banking and financial services.
