I’m a client-facing law student with hands-on experience explaining complex information clearly, resolving issues under time pressure, and coordinating across teams. I’m aiming to bring a solutions-first mindset, empathy, and proactive client support to a Product Support Engineer role.

As a Customer Support Executive at Resco Engineers (Resco Solar), I follow up with sales leads, respond to client queries, and guide prospects through the inquiry process. I resolve customer disputes and service issues directly while balancing client satisfaction with company policy, and I schedule appointments and installations by coordinating between clients and internal teams.

Earlier, I supported compliance work through legal internships, preparing clear documentation for senior associates and translating research into actionable summaries. I reviewed agreements and compliance requirements, investigated issues methodically, and communicated directly with clients—listening to concerns, explaining next steps in plain language, and managing expectations throughout.

My virtual experience programs reinforced how to deliver clear, solution-oriented guidance in customer-facing workflows, including a simulated M&A communication and a visual walkthrough for non-expert audiences. Alongside my work, I’ve supported day-to-day operations and led fundraising efforts (raising PKR 30,000), which strengthened my ability to stay organized, calm, and effective when priorities shift.
