I’m a dedicated IT professional with hands-on experience in Network Support, System Administration, and DevOps technologies. I focus on troubleshooting and deploying reliable solutions while ensuring high service availability.
In my current L2 Corporate Support role, I install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. I monitor network alerts and outages for rapid incident response, and I perform wireless site surveys to optimize coverage, channel selection, and signal strength.
Earlier, I provided L1 retail support for broadband and connectivity issues, helping customers with troubleshooting and coordinating escalations to resolve network problems. I also bring a strong foundation from hands-on computer technician work and DevOps with AWS training, including Docker, Kubernetes basics, AWS services, and CI/CD using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
