What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve enterprise AV and collaboration services, combining global operations, vendor management, scalable processes, and high-quality hybrid meeting experiences.

I currently lead daily AV and video conferencing operations for Mastercard across EMEA and global teams from Dublin. I manage vendors, upgrades, preventive maintenance, service calls, room standards, and support-team delivery.

Previously at HubSpot, I ran collaboration systems across Europe, supported hybrid workspaces, deployed new offices, and operated large internal events. I also improved task tagging, service visibility, automation, digital displays, and operational dashboards.

At Meta and Facebook through EOS IT Solutions and Milestone Technologies, I led AV/VC teams across EMEA, APAC, and East NAMER, set service expectations, tracked KPI performance, managed vendors, and delivered new-build and retrofit collaboration spaces.

My earlier field engineering work included major AV and video conferencing installations for University College Dublin, St Vincent's Hospital, Pfizer, and The Mater Hospital. I deploy and support enterprise platforms including Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Crestron, Extron, and AMX.
