At Nestlé, I delivered a global connectivity transformation, replacing legacy solutions with a modern, cloud-ready, cost-optimized architecture across small and micro branches worldwide. I also managed global edge infrastructure modernization and supported LAN and Wi-Fi transformation workstreams.
As a freelance Fractional CTO, PM and PMO Advisor, I served as CTO for a fashion clothes startup, scaling its Engineering Department from 3 to 18 professionals and defining its IT strategy. I also directed internet access provisioning for a new resort in rural Cambodia.
At ERVIA, I improved project portfolio governance and KPIs, maintained visibility of portfolio status, and delivered actionable updates to senior management and the executive team. At Uisce Éireann (Irish Water), I contributed to defining and improving internal business processes using IBM Blueworks.
Earlier, I managed IT and R&D projects across enterprise systems, secure file transfer, IoT and wireless systems. I hold an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.
