I currently partner with a CEO/Founder across strategy, execution, financial review, and operating systems for an eCommerce and hospitality portfolio. I built the company-wide SOP, accountability, onboarding, handover, inventory-control, and executive-review infrastructure from zero.
Previously at DHL, I led a 600+ FTE shared-services operation supporting 30 countries and reported to the GBS Head in Germany.
