I've closed Medicare and ACA insurance enrollments remotely for HealthPlanOne, eHealth, Health65, BroadPath, and NFP Corp. I manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, guide clients through plan options, and support accurate enrollments.

At eHealth and HealthPlanOne, I increased Medicare sales through targeted outreach, effective closing, tailored plan presentations, and CMS-compliant enrollment processes. I use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, document client interactions, manage follow-up, and maintain enrollment accuracy.

I've also supported employee benefits sales, claims documentation, payment processing, and client communications. I create training materials for new staff and bring Life & Health Insurance, Health Insurance, and Insurance Producer licenses to fast-paced insurance environments.
