What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine field-based data acquisition and technical support with clear operational reporting—working closely with clients and teams, using IT systems and automation to improve response times and day-to-day efficiency.

I’m an Operations and Technical Support professional with a background in data acquisition, technical troubleshooting, customer coordination, and field-based infrastructure support. I use specialist acoustic logging equipment to support underground leak detection, analyse noise patterns and system data, and translate technical findings into clear reports for operational teams.

Alongside my contractor fieldwork, I’ve coordinated day-to-day operations as a self-employed client coordinator—handling scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, quotations, and digital business administration. I also built strong customer service experience through roles delivering problem resolution in a fast-paced retail environment, and I’m proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Advanced Excel reporting & dashboards, CRM systems, and digital workflow tools.
