I’m looking for an immediate-start customer support role where I can handle 1st/2nd-tier escalations and case management, keep learning independently, and grow by improving my skills while collaborating with multiple teams.

I’m a customer support professional with 3 years of experience from my role as Teleagent at telus, working on international customer support in 2 projects. I handle 1st and 2nd tier escalation and case management, and I enjoy working through complex situations with clear follow-through.

I learn by myself, constantly improve, and I bring determination, autonomy, proactivity, and versatility to my day-to-day work. Alongside customer support, I’ve built practical experience through roles such as Line operator, Automotive mechanic, and Optician—so I’m comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and communicating in both French (Native) and English (Professional).
