I am a Senior Business Analyst with over five years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and team leadership within eCommerce and IT environments. I currently serve as a Marketing Analytics Senior and Team Lead, managing analysts and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

My work focuses on dashboard development, report optimization, and stakeholder communication, with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerAutomate. I design and maintain Power BI dashboards, automate data extraction, and improve data collection systems to enhance data quality.

Key achievements include developing and optimizing 3PL performance reports, building refund and redelivery dashboards to improve logistics visibility, creating individual performance dashboards for productivity tracking, and improving reporting efficiency through process optimization.
