At North York General Hospital, I’m leading the transition from legacy spreadsheet reporting to AI-powered predictive clinical dashboards and directing the phased evaluation of AI agents for administrative workflows. I also advise the C-suite on AI adoption, responsible AI, and patient data privacy.
At the City of Mississauga, I architected the enterprise AI strategy, secured $7.5M in capital funding, and launched Ontario’s first municipal Centralized AI Registry. I also designed the City’s AI Governance and Ethics Framework and delivered AI literacy programs for more than 1,000 staff and executives.
At Saskatchewan Health Authority, I led a 30+ specialist analytics team and directed the integration of Cerner and Epic data into a centralized Snowflake warehouse. Earlier, at the Government of Yukon, I built a COVID-19 importation risk model and an automated syndromic surveillance system for public health.
Through my advisory practice, KASBY AI, I’ve worked on sovereign AI and data governance, including offline LLM applications and RAG-based chatbots for First Nations organizations. My work brings together enterprise AI strategy, hands-on systems development, and governance grounded in frameworks such as OCAP and UNDRIP.
