At Loblaw, I was accountable for architecture and delivery of data and AI capabilities across loyalty, customer data, vendor, and marketing domains. I designed a reusable framework for deploying AI agents at scale with enterprise governance and security requirements.
At Rogers Communication, I designed cross-cloud integration between Snowflake and Databricks and implemented Unity Catalog, onboarding five business units for governed data sharing. Architecture improvements and resource optimization helped achieve $8M+ in cloud cost savings over three years.
Earlier, I designed enterprise data lake and integration frameworks at Fleet Complete, including batch and real-time processing. At Mastech Digital, I worked on ETL delivery for a virtual chat assistant serving USAA portals.
I also built PA Jarvis, a personal agentic AI assistant integrating Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar through a microservices architecture, with a self-hosted LLM and automated CI/CD. My work spans data and AI architecture, cloud platforms, governance, and production implementation.
