I’m an A-level student awaiting results, building my career path through volunteer experience and structured programmes. I’ve developed strong communication and people-focused confidence from supporting others in challenging, emotional situations.
At Charing Cross Hospital, I worked as a Patient Engagement Volunteer, and as a Voluntary Police Cadet with the Metropolitan Police (Hounslow Division). I’m quick to learn new systems and I enjoy being reliable and calm when people need reassurance.
I bring recognition for service and achievement, including the NHS Work Experience Program 2024 and the Jack Petchey Award 2024 for Voluntary Services in VPC. I’ve also held leadership roles as a Student Leader (Faculty) and Deputy Team Leader, and I’m motivated to start a remote customer service advisor career where I can keep improving and contribute right away.
