What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing role in healthcare or service industries where I can apply phone triage, safeguarding and teamwork skills within a supportive, fast-paced team and continue professional development.

I am naturally empathetic and reliable, bringing a calm, supporting presence to every role and thriving in fast-paced environments. I have delivered safe, effective call-handling as an NHS 111 Call Handler using the NHS Pathways system and supported a government backed campaign as a Customer Service Advisor.

I collaborate well with remote and onsite teams, escalate complex cases appropriately, and prioritise safeguarding and high-quality service. I am currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Care and seek roles where I can continue helping others and grow professionally.
