What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role in a dynamic international organization where I can apply my customer service, communication, problem-solving, call, and chat support experience to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.

I'm currently supporting Novagems Inc. clients through calls and online chat, resolving product issues and general inquiries. I manage HubSpot tickets, coordinate glitches with the development team, and train client staff on using the software.

Before Novagems, I supported SiriusXM customers at Teleperformance as a Chat Support Agent. I provided timely, accurate responses, contributed to client retention, and earned positive customer feedback and ratings.

I've also helped train and mentor new team members on chat procedures, supporting successful onboarding and team integration.

I bring four years of BPO and IT-sector experience across customer service, communication, problem-solving, CRM ticket management, and data management. I'm focused on delivering professional support and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
