I’m a passionate Product Manager/Business Analyst with deep passion for the iGaming industry and a drive to work with companies that strive to be the best in their field. With over a decade of experience across iGaming, Sports Betting, and Digital Media, I’ve led the end-to-end delivery of products, including new feature development, platform migrations, sportsbook and iGaming launches, gamification integrations, and promotion management. I bring strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery. My experience spans acquisition and retention features, continuous optimisation of user journeys, and building back-office tools for call centres, risk teams, and operations. I’m highly skilled in defining user stories, creating wireframes and prototypes, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
