What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technical engagements where I can combine AI observability, AIOps, integrations, workshops, and value-based solution design to help customers validate platforms, improve reliability, and drive adoption.

At New Relic and AISERA, I partner with enterprise account teams to lead technical discovery, executive value presentations, POCs, and technical closures for AI observability, AIOps, and GenAI engagements.

I've delivered customized workshops, demos, and enablement programs that connect AI-driven incident workflows, LLM observability, and integrations with platforms including Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow, and REST APIs. I help customers validate solutions, reduce MTTR, improve reliability, and build autonomous IT operations.

Previously at MoEngage, I led mobile SDK, MarTech, event-tracking, and data-pipeline integrations for enterprise customers while supporting adoption and renewals. My background also includes enterprise cloud deployments, incident response, Python automation, and production support at Hyland and IBM.

Partner with enterprise account executives to steer complex, multi-quarter sales cycles from discovery to technical closure. Conduct deep-dive technical discovery with CTOs and VPs, design and execute POC/POV engagements, and advise on architecture, SSO/SAML, data residency, and integration with enterprise data pipelines.
