I combine language expertise (Bahasa Melayu, English, Japanese) with operational know-how to ensure accurate, context-aware communications.

At Sitecore, I supported global delivery and support by interpreting live meetings, translating and localizing customer-facing materials, and acting as a quality gate for AI-assisted translations to ensure technical accuracy and tone.

Previously, I led training digitization and competency-based frameworks in manufacturing, producing internal video training, automating record retrieval, and aligning learning to ISO requirements. I also provided trilingual executive support for operations, governance documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

My background includes public sector service as a Diplomatic and Administrative Officer, formal training in public administration, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and focused on improving communication, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
