I'm looking for opportunities in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and data-focused engineering roles where I can apply SQL, Power BI, Databricks, data modeling, and ETL/ELT to turn business needs into reliable data solutions and actionable insights. I'm also continuing to develop my Python, PySpark, and data engineering skills.

I am a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence professional with experience in SQL, Power BI, Databricks, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data quality. At Cooperativa Central Ailos, I worked as a Business Analyst and later as a Data Analyst II, translating business needs into metrics, analytical models, dashboards, and reliable data structures.

I worked with Databricks and SQL to prepare and transform large datasets, including tables, views, Delta Tables, and historical data structures for analytics and BI consumption. My projects included analysis for a customer strategy involving approximately 29,000 cooperative members across up to 9 cooperatives, commercial performance monitoring for 16+ sales representatives, and a customer-service analytics solution where first-response time improved from approximately 27 minutes to 2 minutes during the monitored period.

I also have several years of experience with Oracle SQL and operational data analysis at Telefônica Brasil, including root-cause investigation, KPI development, and continuous improvement.

My strongest areas are SQL, Power BI, Databricks, data modeling, business analysis, and data quality. I also have practical knowledge of Python, Pandas, and PySpark and am continuing to develop my skills in data engineering and professional English.
