What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build KPIs and dashboards, design ETL-ready data pipelines, and partner with business stakeholders using agile practices to deliver measurable impact.

I’m a Data Analyst who turns business questions into decisive insights through KPI development, dashboard logic, and well-structured data flows. I’ve supported People Analytics scenarios, translated requirements into measurable rules, and built results presentations tailored to how stakeholders make decisions.

In my most recent roles, I developed CRM-related dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI and built ETL processes to integrate and transform data from multiple sources. I also analyzed email marketing campaign performance to connect data to operational improvements.

Before pivoting fully into analytics, I worked as a Business Partner Analyst and System Analyst, leading initiatives in corporate systems and delivering measurable impact. I led a 6-person team, returned more than 1,000,000 BRL on investment in 2023, delivered 9000+ development hours for system improvements with 20+ consultancies, and supported the development and employment of 6 trainees.

I’m hands-on with agile delivery and cross-team execution—implementing agile in IT, working with ITIL calls (incident, request, problem), preparing monthly industrial system reports, and acting as technical leader for monitoring and control of production processes. I also led the initiative to integrate ServiceNow with Power BI to improve decision-making.
