What I'm looking for
I’m a Shift Manager who leads associates by setting clear daily expectations, solving problems quickly, and making executive decisions that keep service moving. I actively listen to customer concerns, escalate when needed, and follow through with outbound follow-up calls after resolutions are found. I also build reliable work flows and processes that support company and departmental standards.
On the operations side, I handle cash responsibly through cash handling, daily balancing, and merchant transactions. I’m comfortable managing time and priorities under pressure, using analytic reasoning and organization to keep everything accurate and on track. I bring a steady, self-motivated approach to shift leadership, balancing speed with consistency.
Before Panera Bread, I worked as a Receptionist, serving 100+ daily inbound callers who needed to schedule services, inquire about prices, and obtain work status. I collaborated with service providers and support staff to maintain high customer service levels, while also handling filing, data entry, and generating email responses. I maintained and updated past and present records of service and supported digitizing previous orders—strengthening accuracy, documentation, and reporting.
I also built strong retail foundations as a Retail Associate, maintaining store and merchandise to company standards and balancing cash drawers with opening/closing paperwork. I’m currently an online student at Florida International University, and I’m ready to bring my customer-first leadership, documentation discipline, and MS Office skills to a team that values continuous improvement and clear communication.
