In my current remote Appointment Setter role, I manage prospects across digital channels and messaging automations. I track leads in a CRM and schedule appointments through messages.
At URID LOGÍSTICA, I handled customer claims and inquiries by phone and online, tracked products, and updated customers on order status in coordination with branches. I also supported daily picking dispatch and Mercado Flex orders.
