At Eriksen Translations, I lead 10–20 concurrent multilingual localization projects for strategic accounts, including MetLife, which represents roughly 80% of my current portfolio. I manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and quality through final delivery while maintaining an on-time delivery rate of around 98%.

I've managed budgets up to USD 100,000 and coordinated teams of up to 20 linguists, reviewers, QA staff, and outside vendors. My work spans insurance, legal, financial, healthcare, e-learning, and technology content, including large multilingual website localization programs.

I build practical workflows, trackers, and templates that reduce rework and surface quality issues early. I also identify risks, resolve production issues, support account growth through additional services, and mentor teams across delivery.

My career began in English-to-Spanish translation, editing, and proofreading, giving me a strong linguistic and client-service foundation. I work professionally in English and natively in Spanish, using XTRF, memoQ, Trados Studio, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Subtitle Edit, and AI tools.
