What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my Medical Affairs, scientific exchange, evidence-generation, and KOL engagement experience in immunology, hematology, or rheumatology while collaborating cross-functionally to advance medical strategy and patient care.

I've supported Medical Affairs and scientific engagement across immunology, hematology, and rheumatology, building trusted relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and investigators through ethical, non-promotional exchange.

At Johnson & Johnson, I executed rheumatology territory strategy that delivered 20% sales growth, shared field insights with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access teams, and developed a regional HCP speaker to strengthen CME initiatives. In my Scientific Advisor role at the Thrombosis, Hemostasis and Atherogenesis Research Unit, I supported IITs and collaborative studies from protocol design through results dissemination, trained 50+ physicians in diagnostic, genomic, and immunological techniques, and delivered scientific presentations at national and international forums.

Grounded in PhD-level Immunology, I contribute to evidence generation, Medical Affairs materials, pharmacovigilance, and scientific education in both Spanish and English.
