I'm currently conducting statistical analysis at the Instituto Nacional de Medicina Genómica (INMEGEN), studying associations between plasma 3-hydroxybutyrate levels and allergic diseases in pediatric populations.
I use R and SPSS to process, analyze, interpret, and present clinical research results. My work also includes clinical data management and biological sample processing.
At Universidad La Salle México and CIME, I helped develop ELISA protocols for metabolic markers, processed volunteer blood samples, and analyzed COVID-19 sleep-study data using Orange Data Mining.
I've also researched transitional dendritic cells through cryostat and immunofluorescence techniques, and applied Molegro, AutoDock Vina, and Linux to molecular docking research on neurodegenerative disease targets.
