Hello! I am Rodi Lizama, a dedicated professional with a diverse background in management, customer service, and underwriting. My journey began at Lone Star College, where I earned my Associate of Arts degree while actively participating in various clubs. I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

In my most recent role as a Unit Manager at Essential Safety PPE, I successfully maintained staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. I focused on developing personal growth opportunities and achieving departmental objectives through effective planning and organization. My experience as a waitress at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen and Bombshells Restaurant & Bar allowed me to hone my customer service skills, ensuring that guests received a memorable dining experience.

Additionally, my role in underwriting at Coast To Coast Motors involved researching clients' credit, income, and assets, as well as performing risk assessment reports. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which enhances my ability to connect with a diverse clientele. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in a new role that allows me to continue growing professionally.
