I’m a results-driven executive with over 24 years of progressive leadership at PriceSmart, building a 360-degree capability across high-volume multinational operations, regional internal auditing, and risk compliance across Central America and the Caribbean. I’ve led multi-unit environments where operational excellence and strict compliance move together—not separately.

At the core of my work is scaling operational efficiencies while implementing ironclad regulatory and internal controls to eliminate inventory shrinkage and protect corporate assets. I’ve directed full-scale club operations across key departments—Merchandising, Fresh Foods, Receiving, Front-End, Membership, Administration, and Facilities—while auditing controllable expenses to maximize bottom-line profitability.

I’ve also led cross-border audit and risk mitigation strategies across multiple markets, using data-driven decision-making through DOMO BI and advanced ERP systems (AS400/SAP) to enforce corporate compliance and maintain 99%+ inventory data integrity. In parallel, I’ve spearheaded nationwide internal audit initiatives that proactively reduce financial risk and strengthen internal controls.

Beyond continuous improvement, I’ve owned digital transformation and greenfield execution—project-managing end-to-end regional openings and leading complex nationwide rollouts such as the National Electronic Invoicing system to achieve 100% government compliance. I lead by example, protect data integrity, and foster cross-departmental accountability in fast-paced, global environments.
