What I'm looking for

I seek a senior HR leadership role at a remote/global tech startup to partner with founders, scale people operations, implement data-driven recruiting, coach leaders, and build inclusive high-performing teams.

I am a Senior HR leader and certified coach with 15+ years building scalable HR and recruiting functions for global, remote technology startups. I partner closely with CEOs and founders to define HR strategy and drive talent acquisition that supports rapid growth.

I built HR functions from scratch and scaled teams from roughly 15 to 100+ internal team members and managed 350+ external contractors spread across 50+ countries, implementing onboarding, performance management and engagement programs.

I lead data-driven recruiting practices and present recruiting metrics (cost per hire, time to fill, win%, hires per source) to executive leadership monthly, while overseeing contractor, PEO and EOR workflows using modern HR platforms.

As a certified coach trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, I coach managers and executives on leadership, conflict resolution and career development, and I have founded and led DEI initiatives and well-being programs to foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.
