Rochie Talavera

At DP WORLD, I lead programme management and hub operations for a global learning portfolio serving employees across 70+ countries. I oversee governance and delivery standards for more than 100 programmes and manage USD 12M in learning investment.

I built the Group L&D governance suite from zero, including SOPs, OneLearn platform governance, partner guidance and HRBP operating processes across a 180-person delivery network.

I designed the Facilitator Curriculum Framework and global Learning Officer certification model, bringing 170 facilitators and 160 Learning Officers to certified standards through Credly and OneLearn. I also built and governed the Credly digital badging framework, contributing to a 150% increase in platform-wide learning completions.

Earlier at DP WORLD, I progressed through eight internal roles from Corporate Communications into Group Learning & Development, and built the Global Facilitator Framework. I also co-founded TOWER LANGUAGES, delivering communication, public speaking and professional-development programmes.
